Ticketing system in cultural organizations of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Práce definuje samotný pojem „vstupenkový systém“, vysvětluje, za jakých okolností vzniká a jaké další souvislosti a subjekty na vstupenkovém systému závisí. Celá práce řeší samotnou vstupenku, její nutné a doplňkové náležitosti, její formy či rozdílnosti v rámci kulturního prostředí v České republice. Je zde vykreslen proces nápadu, realizace a distribuce vstupenky. Na vstupenku je pohlíženo ze dvou pohledů – fyzická vstupenka a eVstupenka. Celá práce je vystavěna na legislativním prostředí vstupenkové problematiky. V závěru práce jsou popsány ochranné prvky vstupenky.

Abstract:

This thesis defines the expression ´´ticket system´´, it explains the circumstances of its formation and describes other surroundings and subjects linked to it. The thesis deals with the ticket itself, its obligatory and supplementary measures. It studies its forms and differences in the specific conditions of the cultural environment of the Czech Republic. The process of the idea, effectuation and distribution of the ticket is also outlined in the thesis. The ticket is being examined from two points of view – a hard copy and an e-ticket. The theory is built on the governmental background of the ticket issues and safety elements of the tickets conclude this work.
