Práce se zabývá na konsolidaci účetních výkazů s detailním zaměřením na metody konsolidace podle české legislativní úpravy. The diploma thesis deals with the consolidation of financial statements with a detailed focus on consolidation methods according to Czech legislative regulations. The theoretical part is aimed at defining and clarifying the important concepts, rules, practices and contexts consolidation.
