Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problémy KEB služeb, v kontextu rostoucího významu internetového obchodování a rostoucích nároků zákazníků. This thesis focuses on the problems of KEB services, in the context of the growing importance of Internet commerce and increasing customer demands.
