Diplomová práce je věnována oblasti odměňování závislé práce. Poskytuje základní úvod do tématu, vysvětluje nejdůležitější odborné termíny týkající se této oblasti, popisuje aktuálně platnou právní úpravu odměňování závislé práce v České republice a nejdůležitější dílčí části právní úpravy této oblasti v dalších vybraných státech. The master‘s thesis is devoted to the remuneration of dependent work.
