Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem postoupení smlouvy v podobě, ve které je obsažený v zák. č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. Základním cílem je provedení analýzy institutu, jeho komparace s mezinárodními vývojovými tendencemi závazkového práva a s vybranými zahraničními právními řády. The diploma thesis deals with the institute assignment of contract, which is contained in the Act. no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. The basic objective is to analyze this institute, compare it with international development trends in contract law and with selected foreign laws.
