Restrictions of Real Estate Property by Decision of State Body - Selected Aspects
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o omezení vlastnického práva k nemovitosti rozhodnutím státního orgánu, se zaměřením na zvláštní otázky. Těmi jsou exekuce a exekuční příkaz k prodeji nemovitostí. Zamýšlí se nad problematikou jednotlivých omezení. Zkoumá vliv těchto omezení na právní volnost vlastníků a jiných oprávněných. Hodnotí platnou právní úpravu dané problematiky.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis deals with the Restrictional proprietary rights to real estates by decision of state body and concentrates on exceptional aspects. These are seizure of property (so-called execution) and warrant of execution to sell real property.
