Abstract:
Předkládaná práce nese název "Vyvlastňování nemovitostí". Vyvlastnění je významným zásahem státní moci do majetkových práv jednotlivce. Práce nastiňuje historický vývoj institutu vyvlastnění a vymezuje prameny platné právní úpravy. Submitted thesis is titled "Real Estate Expropriation". The expropriation is one of the special interference of the state to the sphere of individuals. The thesis deals with historical evolution of the expropriation and determines the sources of actual legal regulation. The main part of the thesis contains an analysis of the Expropriation Act.
