Práce je zaměřena na situaci řízení kariérního a profesního rozvoje civilních a služebních zaměstnanců Věznice. The work is focused on the situation of career management and professional development of civilian and prison service staff. The aim is to investigate and determine whether the situation is moving in the right direction or not, or even to find a solution to improve the situation.
