Abstract:
Tato práce porovnává řešení úloh teorie hromadné obsluhy klasickými metodami s řešením pomocí multiagentového přístupu. Zabývá se simulacemi, kdy mají uzly možnost rozhodnout se samy za sebe a nejsou řízeny centrálně. U těchto strategií porovnává náklady a čas potřebný na průchod požadavků systémem.
