Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývala tématem řízení znalostí, konkrétně bariérami ve sdílení znalostí v podniku M+H, s.r.o. V práci se využívají pojmy: znalost, sdílení znalostí, individuální bariéry, socio-organizační bariéry a techno-logické bariéry. Cílem výzkumu bylo odhalit tyto překážky ve sdílení znalostí a poskytnout návrh na jejich odstranění, díky kterému by se zlepšila efektivita toku znalostí. …more

Bachelor's thesis is dealing with the topic of knowledge management specifically barriers in knowledge sharing in the company M + H, s.r.o. Common terms that were used in the work are knowledge, knowledge sharing, individual barriers, socio-organizational barriers and technology barriers.
