Zero waste - an alternative consumer behaviour out of common statistical surveys

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci lze nalézt definici a historii životního stylu Zero waste. Zároveň se práce zabývá spotřebitelským chováním a dělením spotřebitelů. Je zde obsažena i malá část ohledně obalů a jejich funkcí. Práce je zaměřená na formu nákupu bez obalu a jejím cílem je odhalit překážky v bezobalovém nakupování a navrhnout řešení pro jejich odstranění. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou pomocí dotazníkového šetření odhaleny největší problémy v bezobalovém nakupování. Vyhodnocení dotazníku následně sloužilo jako podklad pro návrh způsobu motivace k uskutečnění prvního nákupu v bezobalové prodejně.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis, you can find the definition and history of the Zero waste lifestyle. Simultaneously, the work deals with consumer behavior and consumer division. There is also a small section regarding packaging and its functions. The thesis focuses on the form of packaging-free shopping and aims to identify the obstacles to packaging-free shopping and propose solutions for their removal. The practical part of the bachelor thesis shows the biggest problems in packaging-free shopping through a questionnaire survey. The evaluation of the questionnaire was then used as a basis for proposing the method of motivation to make the first purchase in a packaging-free store.
