Tato práce zaměřuje svoji pozornost na deriváty polycyklických aromatických uhlovodíků (PAHs) v atmosféře, zejména na stanovení podílu, jakým jednotlivé skupiný těchto látek přispívají k celkové toxicitě volného ovzduší a to jak jeho plynné fáze, tak i atmosférických částic. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses attention on derivatives of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) present in the atmosphere, and on determination of their contributions to the overall toxicity of ambient air including both, gas and particulate phases.
