Abstract:
Master?s thesis is devoted to systematics of selected symbiotic shrimps of the Periclimenes granulimanus-group and its relationship with the genus Phycomenes. This study is based on molecular analyses of two mitochondrial markers (16S rRNA, COI) and one nuclear (H3) gene. Together, 56 isolates of shrimps were analyzed. Abstract:
V rámci riešenia diplomovej práce bola vyhodnocovaná systematická pozícia vybraných druhov kreviet skupiny Periclimenes granulimanus a tiež ich vzťah k rodu Phycomenes. Práca je založená na molekulárnych analýzach dvoch mitochondriálnych (COI a 16S rRNA) markerov a jedného jadrového (H3) génu. Štúdie zahrňujú celkom 56 izolátov kreviet.
