Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním vlastností a sociálních rysů, které jsou spojovány s vyššími pozicemi ve skupině. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na problematiku sociálních skupin, skupinových norem, strukturou a dynamikou malé sociální skupiny. Dále se zabývá pojmem tým a týmovými rolemi. The Bachelor Thesis deals with examination of qualities and social characteristics that are associated with higher positions in a group. In the theoretical part the thesis is aimed at problems of social groups, group standards, structure and dynamics of a small social group.
