The use of combat exercises in high school

Abstract:

Záměrem bakalářské práce je přiblížení úpolů, pro snadnější využití v tělesné výchově. Práce se věnuje využitím úpolových cvičení v tělesné výchově na střední škole. První část práce je teoretická, která se zabývá charakteristikou úpolů, podrobnějším přehledem jejich rozdělení, významu vyučování úpolů a dívá se na úpoly z didaktického hlediska. V druhé části, která je praktická, naleznete metodické listy pro výuku úpolů v tělesné výchově středních škol. Vytvoření listů by mělo pomoci vyučujícím s přípravou na hodinu a teoretická část slouží k objasnění jádra úpolů a jejich využití. Obě části jsou vypracované na základě odborné literatury.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis intends to introduce the push-ups for easier use in physical education. The thesis focuses on the use of combat exercises in physical education in high school. The first part of the thesis is theoretical, which deals with the characteristics of combat exercises, a more detailed overview of their classification, the importance of teaching combat exercises and looks at combat exercises from a didactic point of view. In the second part, which is practical, you will find method sheets for teaching combat exercises in physical education in secondary schools. The creation of the worksheets should help teachers to prepare for the lesson and the theoretical part serves to explain the core of the push-ups and their use. Both parts are based on theliterature.
