Abstract:
Tato práce uvádí přehled vybraných epidemiologických modelů, dále řeší modifikace základního SIR modelu a na příkladu porovnává teoretické výsledky se známým případem šíření spálové angíny. Zaměřuje se na získání informací o vrcholu epidemie a porovnání numerických výsledků pro různá vyjádření SIR modelu. Abstract:
This thesis contains an overview of selected epidemiological models, it also discusses the modifications of the basic SIR model and compares the theoretical results with known spread of scarlatinal tonsillitis. It focuses on obtaining information about the peak of the epidemic and comparing numerical results for different expressions of the SIR model.
