Optimalization of Technology in Comission Storage : storage of C.S.Cargo a.s. in Prostějov

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje technologii skladování ve skladě C. S. Cargo v Prostějově. Vyhledává negativní aspekty skladu a řeší jejich eliminaci popř. částečnou nápravu s ohledem na primární určení skladu a na majetkoprávní uspořádání. Cílem práce je navrhnout fáze jednotlivých etap úprav, které povedou k nápravě problematických míst skladu a zlepšení jeho fungování a procesů v něm.

Abstract:

The work deals with technologies of storage in the warehouse of C.S.Cargo in Prostějov. It finds negative aspects of the storage and finds solutions for the elimination or partial repair with regard to the primary function of the storage and arrangement of property. The goal of this work is to suggest phases of concrete adjustments which will lead to repair of problematic places of the storage and improvement of his functioning and processes within it.
