Analyse of Real Estate Market

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je analýza vývoje v České republiky a zhodnocení budoucího vývoje na našem realitním trhu. Práce je rozčleněna do pěti částí. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretický popis a vysvětlení pojmů, které se nejvíce používají v oblasti realit. Ve druhé části se věnuji segmentům na trhu s nemovitostmi, které známe. Třetí část mojí práce analyzuje trh nájmů, důležité pojmy a vývoj. Ve čtvrté části je analyzován vývoj a důsledky finanční krize a její dopad na ekonomiku a zhodnocení důsledků. V poslední části je analyzována bytová výstavba v Praze a možný budoucí vývoj na trhu s nemovitostmi.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is an Analysis of the Czech Republic and assessing future development of our real estate market. The thesis is divided into five parts The first part focuses on the theoretical description and explanation of terms, which are mostly used in real estate. The second part deals with segments of the property market, we know. The third part analyzes the market rent, important concepts and developments in the real estate market. The fourth section analyzes the evolution and consequences of the financial crisis and its impact on the economy and its implications. The last part analyzes new housing construction in Prague possible future developments in the propery market.
