Cílem práce je zanalyzovat inovační aktivitu ve vybrané firmě a zhodnotit její dopady na finanční ukazatele. Pro analýzu byla zvolena firma České filtry, s. r. o., která se zabývá výrobou filtračních elementů pro filtraci do různých odvětví, jako je např. strojírenství, automobilový průmysl apod. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the innovation activity in a selected company and to evaluate its impacts on financial indicators of the organization.
