The bachelor thesis focuses on the contract for opening of the letter of credit. Whereas the contract relates to business and contractual relations, we’ll define and describe them briefly, and then we'll discuss each trade that arises because of these business relationships. Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na zmluvu o otvorení akreditívu, keďže sa zmluva týka obchodno-záväzkových vzťahov tak ich stručne zadefinujeme a popíšeme, a následne sa budeme venovať jednotlivým obchodom, ktoré vznikajú vďaka týmto obchodným záväzkovým vzťahom.
