Práce se zabývá studiem vlivu inhibitorů histonových deacetyláz a DNA methyltransferáz na strukturu a funkce chromatinu, jako je replikace, transkripce, sestřih a DNA reparace. Genetické změny v nádorových buňkách jsou často doprovázeny různými epigenetickými modifikacemi, které jsou spojovány s nádorovou transformací buněk. Abstract:
The effects of HDACs and Dnmts inhibitors on chromatin structure and function (such as replication, transcription, splicing and DNA repair) are discussed in this work. Genetics changes are often accompanied by epigenetics modifications in cancerous cell. Inhibitors of enzymes which mediate DNA methylation and epigenetics modifications have importance for anticancer therapies.
