The Analysis of Innovation Possibilities of the Warehouse "FTL"
Abstract:
V práci je popis společnosti FTL, a.s. a analýza logistického skladu v Prostějově. Na základě této analýzy byly analyzované částečné nedostatky ve fungování skladu. Z těchto nedostatků byly vypracované částečné návrhy na zlepšení. Dále byl vypracován podrobný návrh na zavedení čárových kódů i s cenovým návrhem.
Abstract:
Bachelor´s work contains the description the FTL Inc. company and Prostějov logistics warehouse description. Some minor findings in warehouse management have been found base on the analysis. Partial improvement suggestions have been worked out from the findings. Furthermore, a detailed barcode implementation plan with price suggestion has been draught up.
