Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce formou literární rešerše je zaměřena na ibuprofen. Úvodní část práce popisuje chemické a fyzikální vlastnosti, syntézy ibuprofenu, farmakologické vlastnosti a lékové formy. Další část popisuje metody stanovení ibuprofenu se zaměřením na kapalinovou chromatografii s různým typem detekce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis in the form of a literary research is focused on ibuprofen. The introductory part of the work describes chemical and physical properties, synthesis of ibuprofen, pharmaceutical properties and dosage forms. The next part describes methods for the determination of ibuprofen with a focus on liquid chromatography with different types of detection.
