Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou a charakterizací chalkogenidového skla o složení (GeS2)0,5.(Sb2S3)0,5 u něhož byla provedena dotace stříbrem o různém procentuálním zastoupení. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá přípravou chalkogenidových skel a jejich vlastnostmi. Dále pak vlastnostmi mnou studovaného systému (GeS2)0,5.(Sb2S3)0,5 a popisem metod, které byly použity pro charakterizaci skla …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with preparation and characterization of chalcogenide glasses with composition (GeS2)0,5 (Sb2S3)0,5. This samples were doped with silver in different concentrations. The theoretical part of this work deals with preparation and properties of chalcogenide glasses.
