Cílem práce je analyzovat a popsat stávající vnitrostátní úpravu trestných činů proti životnímu prostředí. Úvodní část práce je věnována definici základních pojmů souvisejících s touto problematikou a dále pak obecnému pojetí trestní odpovědnosti a pramenům práva životního prostředí. The scope of the thesis is to analyze and describe the present legal regulations of the environmental crime. The introductory part defines the basic concepts and legal sources related to the issue. Later it compares administrative and criminal liability and addresses the recent recodification of the Czech Penal Code.
