Cooperative bodies and their membership

Abstract:

Bachelor´s Thesis considers the importance of such bodies in light of the corresponding legislation. It explores the establishment and subsequent development of cooperative bodies with the focus on cooperative meetings, management, and control mechanisms. It also examines the management of small size cooperative bodies and their membership. Lastly, the title compares the managing divisions within cooperative bodies and their membership.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá významom družstevných orgánov na základe ich právnej úpravy. Rozoberá vznik a vývoj družstiev, všeobecne orgány družstiev so zameraním na členskú schôdzu, predstavenstvo, kontrolnú komisiu, orgány malého družstva a tiež sa venuje členstvu v orgánoch družstva. Nakoniec bakalárska práca obsahuje komparáciu orgánov družstva a členstva v nich.
