Optimization of a selected business process in a company
Abstract:
Cílem práce je s pomocí procesní analýzy navrhnout optimalizaci vybraného procesu ve sledovaném subjektu. Teoretická část práce se věnuje základním pojmům, které se týkají analýzy a optimalizace procesů v podniku. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou původního stavu procesu, jeho optimalizací a vyhodnocením provedené změny.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis suggests optimization of selected process in the company using process analysis. The thesis deals with the basic terms that relate to the analysis and optimization of process in the company. It also deals with the original state of the process, its optimization and evaluation of the changes.
