Diplomová práce si klade za cíl porovnat azylové řízení v České republice a v Estonsku. Nejprve se zaměřím na vymezení základních pojmů, které se vyskytují v azylovém právu, a následně rozeberu prameny právní úpravy. Abstract:
The thesis aims to compare the asylum procedure in the Czech Republic and Estonia. First, I will focus on defining the basic terms that occur in the asylum law, and then I will discuss sources of asylum law. The main part of thesis is made by exploring the various stages of the asylum procedure and searching for deviations between the compared countries.
