EPDM Rubber to Metal Bonding
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá nalezením vhodného lepícího systému pro přilepení EPDM těsnění k oceli. Je zde popsána výroba EPDM pryže, princip lepení, povrchové úpravy adherendů, pojení (EPDM) pryže k oceli a testování účinnosti lepících systémů podle normy ČSN EN 8510-2. Bylo testováno několik lepidel a vliv povrchových úprav na pevnost spoje.Abstract:
This thesis is about finding a suitable adhesive system for gluing EPDM rubber seal to steel. It describes the production of EPDM rubber, principles of adhesive bonding, surface treatment of adherents, bonding (EPDM) rubber to steel and testing the effectiveness of gluing systems according to the standard ČSN EN 8510-2.
