Bakalářská diplomová práce usiluje o komplexní zachycení vývoje okresního úřadu v Boskovicích v letech 1918-1938. Text práce je rozdělen do několika částí. Čtenář se dozví, jakým způsobem se odrážely významné historické okamžiky (vznik Československa) a mezníky ve vývoji státní správy (reforma politické správy z roku 1928) v životě úřadu.
