Risks in connection with the provision of mortgage loans and their management
Abstract:
Masové poskytovanie hypotekárnych úverov je spojené s mnohými rizikami a v značnej miere sa podieľa i na vzniku súčasnej finančnej krízy. Cieľom diplomovej práce je identifikácia, kvantifikácia a možnosti riadenia rizík spojených s poskytovaním hypotekárnych úverov, vymedzenie významu poistenia pre minimalizáciu týchto rizík.
Abstract:
Mass mortgage lending is associated with many risks and will considerably involved in the creation of the current financial crisis. The aim of this thesis is the identification, quantification and risk management capabilities associated with providing mortgage loans, the definition of the importance of insurance to minimize these risks.
