The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU and its application within the legal system of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na Listinu základních práv EU a její uplatnění v rámci právního řádu České republiky. V práci jsou rozebrány okolnosti vzniku Listiny, její obsah, její výklad a náležitosti s ní spojené. Práce také rozebírá revelantní judikaturu SDEU a Ústavního soudu ČR.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU and its application within the legal order of the Czech Republic. The thesis analyzes the circumstances of the Charter's creation, its content, its interpretation and the requirements associated with it. The thesis also analyzes the relevant case law of the CJEU and the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.
