Abstract:
Pacienti s nádory hrtanu po operaci totální laryngektomií jsou trvalými nosiči tracheotomické kanyly. Jsou výrazně omezeni v osobním životě, v komunikačních schopnostech a v pracovní aktivitě. Bakalářská práce popisuje příběh ženy s diagnózou karcinom hrtanu po prodělané laryngektomii a následnými komplikacemi. Abstract:
Patients with laryngeal cancer after total laryngectomy surgery are obliged to hold permanently a tracheotomic cannula. They are significantly restricted in their personal lives, in communication capability and in their working activity.
