Táto práca sa zaoberá aplikovaním procesu riadenia informačných rizík ako nástroja na analýzu bezpečnosti informácií a návrh preventívnych opatrení zabezpečujúcich ich ochranu v prostredí zákazníckeho centra softvérovej spoločnosti.
