Family Center from the perspective of parents on parental leave

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Rodinné centrum z pohledu rodičů na rodičovské dovolené se zabývá vlivem rodinného centra na možnost seberealizace rodičů na mateřské a rodičovské dovolené, na vnímání sociální izolace během rodičovské dovolené a adaptaci na rodičovskou roli. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy rodina, role matky, role otce, seberealizace, mateřská a rodičovská dovolená a také se zabývá institutem mateřských center. Ve výzkumné části, prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu, metodou dotazníkového šetření, je zjišťován vliv rodinného centra na možnost seberealizace, míru spokojenosti ve společném soužití, vnímání rodičovské role a sociální izolace během mateřské a rodičovské dovolené.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis Family Center from the perspective of parents on parental leave examines the influence of family centers for self-fulfillment parents on maternity and parental leave, the perception of social isolation during parental leave and adaptation to the parental role. The theoretical part defines the concepts of family, the role of the mother, the father?s role, fulfillment, maternity and parental leave, and also deals with the institute of maternity centers. The research part, quantitative research, using questionnaire survey method, investigated the influence of family centers for self-fulfillment, satisfaction rate of cohabitation, perception of parental roles and perception of social isolation during maternity and parental leave.
