Tato práce se zabývá analýzou problémů v komunikační schopnosti, které vznikají jako následek orofaciálních rozštěpů. Teoretická část vymezuje teoretická východiska orofaciálních rozštěpů, definuje palatolálii, její dopad v jednotlivých jazykových rovinách, diagnostiku a terapii. Abstract:
This thesis analyzes problems in communication ability which develop as a result of orofacial clefts. The theoretical part defines a theoretical framework of orofacial clefts, palatholalia, its impact on single language levels, diagnostics and therapy.
