Differences in distribution of explosive and maximal strength of lower limbs extensors in athletes jumpers

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zkoumání diference v distribuci explozivní a maximální síly mezi dominantní a nedominantní dolní končetinou u sportovců atletů koncentrujících se na skokanské disciplíny, konkrétně skok daleký a běžnou populací. Diplomová práce obsahuje dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části bylo snahou podat ucelený přehled o charakteristice disciplíny skok daleký jako takové, dále o faktorech a činitelích ovlivňujících výkon ve skoku dalekém. Dalším cílem této práce byl popis jednoho z hlavních faktorů ovlivňujících skokanské výkony, kterým je explozivní a maximální síla. V praktické části byla tato práce zaměřena na komparaci diference v distribuci sil mezi dominantní a nedominantní dolní končetinou při motorických testech jak u atletů skokanů, tak u běžné populace.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on exploring differences in distribution of explosive and maximal strength between dominant and non-dominant leg of athletes concentrating on jumpers disciuplines, namely the long jump and general population. This thesis contains of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is of the effort to provide a comprehensive overview of the characteristics of discipline such as long jump, as well as the factors affecting performance in the long jump. This thesis is focused on one of the main factors affecting long jump results, which is explosive and maximal strength. the practical part was concentrated on comparison of differences between dominant and non-dominant leg during motor tests. Motor tests were applied to jumpers and common population.
