Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice uplatnění vysokoškolských absolventů na trhu práce a vlivu regionu na jejich integraci. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vlivu regionu na integraci vysokoškolských absolventů na trhu práce. Hlavní metodou výzkumu bude meziregionální komparativní analýza Ústeckého a Zlínského kraje. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of employment of university graduates in the labour market and the influence of the region on their integration.
