Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku udržitelnosti penzijních systémů, a to na příkladu tří států - Česka, Dánska a Portugalska. První část práce vymezuje teoretická východiska, mezi nimi udržitelnost, sociální stát a penzijní systémy. V druhé části práce nejdříve dochází k analýze penzijních systémů vybraných zemí. Abstract:
The master´s thesis is focused on the issue of the sustainability of pension systems. This issue applies to the example of three countries - Czechia, Denmark and Portugal. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical basis, including sustainability, the welfare state and pension systems.
