Formation of the company strategy using stakeholder approach

Abstract:

The aim of the master thesis is to develop the strategy of the company XYZ s.r.o. using a stakeholder approach. The theoretical part deals with concepts adequate to the pro-blem: strategy, strategic environment, strategic thinking, strategic analysis, stakeholder theory in connection with the thesis. The practical part contains a solution of 10 steps of the stakeholder approach. The first is the strategic analysis, which is followed by a sta-keholder analysis. The following are predictions of the external and internal environ-ment. Based on analyzes and predictions of the environment, it was possible to create a SWOT matrix, where its most important elements were quantified, through which vari-ants of strategies were created. Based on the predictions, three future scenarios could be created. Each variant of the strategy was implemented under the existence of each scenario. Based on multi-criteria decision-making in risk conditions, the optimal strategy for XYZ in the future is quantified.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce je spracovanie stratégie podniku XYZ s.r.o. s využitím stake-holderského prístupu. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá pojmami adekvátnymi riešenému pro-blému: stratégia, strategické prostredie, strategické myslenie, strategická analýza, stake-holderská teória v súvislosti s diplomovou prácou. Praktická časť obsahuje riešenie 10 postupových krokov stakeholderského prístupu. Ako prvá je využitá strategická analýza, na ktorú nadväzuje stakeholderská analýza. Nasledujú predikcie vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia. Na základe analýz a predikcií prostredí bolo možné vytvoriť SWOT maticu, kde boli kvantifikované jej najdôležitejšie prvky, prostredníctvom kto-rých boli vytvorené varianty stratégií. Na základe predikcii mohli byť vytvorené tri sce-náre budúcnosti. Každá varianta stratégie bola realizovaná za existencie každého scená-ra. Na základe viackriteriálneho rozhodovania v podmienkach rizika je kvantifikovaná optimálna stratégia pre podnik XYZ do budúcnosti.
