Abstract:

Název: Využití mobilních aplikací v nemocnicích Úvod: Celkem 2,5 miliardy lidí na světě vlastní mobilní telefon a existuje obrovský potenciál usnadnit specializovanou klinickou diagnostiku a léčebné poradenství prostřednictví mHealth (=mobilního zdravotnictví). V obchodě s aplikacemi jsou ke stažení tisíce aplikací, které souvisejí se zdravím, ale pouze malá část z nich je vhodná pro klinické použití. Cíl: Cílem mé diplomové práce je zmapovat existující mobilní aplikace ve vybraných českých nemocnicích, analyzovat motivy k jejich zavádění a zhodnotit jejich přínos pro praxi. Metodika: V teoretické části je zpracovaná analýza dostupných mobilních aplikací a jejich rozdělení. K praktické části této diplomové práce byl využit standardizovaný dotazník, který byl rozdán mezi 200 respondentů. Dále proběhlo kvalitativní šetření formou rozhovoru s jednotlivými zástupci vybraných nemocnic na téma využití mobilních aplikací v nemocnicích. Výsledky: V praktické části této práce byly stanoveny výzkumné hypotézy. Hypotézy H1, H2, H3 nebyly verifikovány, tudíž nebyla zjištěna závislost mezi sledovanými parametry. K verifikaci došlo u hypotézy H4, kde byla zjištěna závislost mezi četností stahování mobilní aplikace Záchranka a mužským pohlavím. Závěr: Oblast mobilního zdravotnictví má podle mého názoru slibnou budoucnost a velký potenciál v rozvoji zdravotní péče v České republice. Avšak v současné době existuje stále několik překážek, mezi které patří neexistující standarty a nedostačující legislativa v oblasti elektronického zdravotnictví, nedostatečná infrastruktura a IT vybavení v nemocničních zařízeních a absence propagace mobilního zdravotnictví.

The Name: Use of mobile applications in hospitals Introduction: A total of 2.5 billion people worldwide own a mobile phone and there is an enormous potential to facilitate specialized clinical diagnostics and medical counselling through mHealth (= mobile healthcare). There are thousands of health-related applications available for download in the App Store, but only a small number of them are suitable for clinical use. Aims: The aim of my thesis is to map existing mobile applications in selected Czech hospitals, analyse the motives for their implementation and evaluate their contribution to practice. Methodology: The theoretical part deals with the analysis of available mobile applications and their distribution. A standardized questionnaire was used for the practical part of this diploma thesis, which was distributed among two hundred respondents. Furthermore, a qualitative survey was conducted in the form of an interview with individual representatives of selected hospitals on the use of mobile applications in hospitals. Results: In the practical part of this work, research hypotheses were established. Hypotheses H1, H2, H3 were not verified, therefore no dependence was found between the monitored parameters. Verification took place in hypothesis H4, where the dependence between the frequency of downloading the Záchranka mobile application and the male gender was found. Conclusion: In my opinion, the field of mobile healthcare has a promising future and great potential in the development of healthcare in the Czech Republic. However, there are still several obstacles at present, including non-existent standards and insufficient e-health legislation, insufficient infrastructure and IT equipment in hospital facilities, and the lack of promotion of mobile health.
