The influence of the substrate on the initial growth of the Poncirus trifoliata roots

Abstract:

V úvodu je představen zkoumaný druh Poncirus trifoliata a proč byl zrovna tento druh citrusu vybrán. V roce 2017 bylo vyseto 255 semenáčů Poncirus trifoliata do čtrnácti různých namíchaných substrátů. Byla provedena dvoje měření, podle kterých bylo možné zjistit závislost na druhu substrátu a přírůstkem rostliny v rozmezí deseti měsíců. Data byla vložena do tabulek excel a poté vypracována v programu R. Průměrně nejvyšší přírůstky co se týká výšky rostliny, byly v čistém substrátu RS1. Průměrně největší přírůstky co se týká šířky kmene rostliny, byly také v čistém substrátu RS1.

Abstract:

In the beginning of this thesis is introduced Poncrisu trifoliata and why was this species chosen. In the year 2017 was planted 255 Poncrius trifoliata seedling to fourteen different substrates. Two measurements were made to determine the dependance of substrate and plant growth over ten-month period. Data was inserted into the excel spreadsheets and then worked out in the R program. On average, the highest increases of plant hight was in the substrate RS1 without any admixture. On average, the highest increases of plant width was also in the substrate RS1 without any admixture.
