Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá jedním z prostředků cirkulární ekonomiky, self-repair neboli opravou vlastní silou. Cílem práce je analyzovat zkušenosti, chování a postoje spotřebitelů ve vztahu k opravování výrobků (self-repair). This diploma thesis deals with one of the elements of circular economy, self-repair. The main goal is to analyse consumer experiences, behaviours and attitudes related with products’ repairing (self-repair). Part of the goal is to create recommendations for marketing activities of com-panies and for product development.
