Abstract:

The Czech Republic has become a popular destination for Vietnamese entrepreneurs who want to start or expand their restaurant and retail businesses. This thesis will explore how these entrepreneurs manage their cross-cultural ventures in the Central European context. It also examines the factors that facilitate or hinder their success in these sectors. The thesis aims to provide a comprehensive and nuanced analysis of the experiences of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the restaurant and retail sectors in the Czech Republic. It also seeks to contribute to the academic literature on cross-cultural business ventures and to offer practical implications for Vietnamese entrepreneurs who are interested or involved in these sectors.
