Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem hypoxie na ranou embryonální savčí neurogenezi. Hlavní část práce tvoří studium vlivu hypoxií indukovaného transkripčního faktoru 1 alfa (HIF1α) na ranou embryonální neurogenezi. This thesis studies the effect of hypoxia on early mammalian embryonic neurogenesis. The main objective is to research the effect of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF-1α) on early embryonic neurogenesis while employing different models of study, such as (1) a cell lineage derived from embryonic encephalons, (2) neurospheres derived from embryonic stem cells and (3) whole embryos cultivated ex vivo …more
