Project proposal for the establishment of a private physiotherapy clinic

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh projektu založení soukromé fyzioterapeutické ambulance. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny základní koncepty fyzioterapie, včetně jejího vývoje a aktuálních trendů v této oblasti. Dále jsou zde popsány legislativní požadavky pro založení a provoz ambulantního zařízení. V návaznosti na předchozí kapitoly jsou zpracovány prvky marketingu a managementu a jejich následná aplikace v založení nestátního zdravotnického zařízení. Praktická část práce se poté zaměřuje na návrh projektu pro založení soukromé fyzioterapeutické ambulance, zahrnující analýzu trhu, časovou a rizikovou analýzu projektu, návrh finančního a marketingového plánu a plánu provozu. Výsledkem práce je komplexní návrh projektu pro založení soukromé fyzioterapeutické ambulance, který by mohl sloužit jako vodítko pro potenciální podnikatele v této oblasti.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the proposal for the establishment of a private physiotherapy clinic. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts of physiotherapy, including its development, and current trends in this area. Furthermore, the legislative requirements for the establishment and operation of an outpatient facility are described here. Following on from the previous chapters, the elements of marketing and management and their subsequent application in the establishment of a non-state medical dacility are elaborated. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the project proposal for establishing a private physitotherapy clinic, including market analysis, time and risk analysis of the project and also financial and marketing proposal. The result of this thesis is a comprehensive proposal for the establishment of a private physiotherapy clinic, which could serve as a guide for potential entrepreneurs in this field.
