Anti-Dumping duty and its circumvention
Abstract:
V mé diplomové práci jsem pospal antidumpigové clo, kde jsem metodou analýzy rozebíral proces a tvorbu antidumpigových nařízení. Charakterizoval jsem tři složky antidumpingového cla. Dále jsem se zaměřil na systém tržního hospodářství. Závěr mé práce byl věnován metodám obcházení antidumpigového cla. V závěru práce jsem rozebral rozsduky spojené s antidumpigovým clem.
Abstract:
The main aim of my thesis is to describe anti-dumping duty, where I method of analysis to characterize the process and formation of anti-dumping regulations. I explained to the three components of the anti-dumping duty. Next, I focused on the system of the market economy.
