Nursing process in care of patient with hepatic cirrhosis

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření ošetřovatelského procesu v péči o pacienta s jaterní cirhózou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je rozčleněna na dvě kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá medicínskou oblastí, jsou zde podkapitoly věnující se etiologii, klinickému obrazu, diagnostice, léčbě a komplikacím jaterní cirhózy. Druhá kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na ošetřovatelské specifika v péči o pacienty s jaterní cirhózou. Je zde vypracovaná ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta, role sestry při vyšetřeních a diagnostických úkonech. V této části je také podkapitola věnující se edukaci pacienta, která je v případě jaterní cirhózy jednou z důležitých součástí. V empirické části bakalářské práce byl sestaven plán ošetřovatelského procesu u vybraného pacienta. Na základě NANDA-I taxonomie II a anamnézy byly stanovené ošetřovatelské diagnózy. Celkem bylo pacientovi stanoveno 22 diagnóz, v praktické části je 7 z nich detailně rozpracováno. Ke zvoleným diagnózám byly stanoveny patřičné intervence, které byly zrealizovány a následně zhodnoceny. Cíle ošetřovatelské péče byly vyhodnoceny jako splněné, pouze u jedné diagnózy byl cíl splněn částečně.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a nursing process in the care of a patient with liver cirrhosis. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with the medical field, there are subchapters devoted to the etiology, clinical picture, diagnosis, treatment and complications of liver cirrhosis. The second chapter of the theoretical part focuses on nursing specifics in the care of patients with liver cirrhosis. The nursing care of the patient, the role of the nurse during examinations and diagnostic procedures are discussed. There is also a subchapter devoted to patient education, which is one of the important components in the case of liver cirrhosis. In the empirical part of the bachelor thesis, a plan of the nursing process in a selected patient was developed. Based on the NANDA-I II taxonomy and medical history, nursing diagnoses were made. A total of 22 diagnoses were made for the patient, 7 of which are described in detail in the practical part. Appropriate interventions were determined for the selected diagnoses, implemented and subsequently evaluated. Nursing care goals were assessed as met, with only one diagnosis having a goal partially met.
