Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby bytového domu v systému dřevostavby. Výkresová část obsahuje vybranou variantu umístění vůči světovým stranám. Zpracovaná projektová dokumentace svým obsahem odpovídá projektové dokumentaci pro provádění stavby, dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. ve znění pozdějších předpisů dle přílohy č. 13. Součástí je výpočet denního osvětlení a proslunění, průkazu energetické náročnosti a zhodnocení kročejové a vzduchové neprůzvučnosti konstrukcí mezi byty. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na metodu LCA (Life Cycle Assessment). Metoda LCA bude vysvětlena, budou popsány jednotlivé fáze posuzování životního cyklu, výsledná kritéria a vývoj. Výsledkem závěrečné práce je celkové shrnutí architektonicko-stavebního řešení navrhované novostavby bytového domu. Závěrem práce je uvedení výsledků celé práce s popisem navržené stavby.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the design of a new-build apartment building in the wooden-structure. The drawing section contains a selected placement variant relative to the world sides. The processed design documentation corresponds in its content to the design documentation for the implementation of the construction, according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended according to Annex No. 13. This includes the calculation of daytime lighting and sunbathing, proof of energy intensity and appreciation of the pedestrian and air imperviousness of structures between flats. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. The LCA method will be explained, describing the different life cycle assessment phases, resulting criteria and developments. The result of the final work is an overall summary of the architectural-building solution of the proposed new-build apartment building. The conclusion of the work is to present the results of the whole work describing the proposed structure.
