Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na stres mezi pedagogy pracujícími na prvním stupni základních škol a zkoumá, jak je různé faktory stresu ovlivňují. Teoretická část práce poskytuje přehled o stresu, jeho typech, příčinách a důsledcích, se zaměřením na interní a externí faktory stresu. Dále je analyzován historický vývoj pedagogické profese a současný profil učitelů na prvním stupni základní školy. V praktické části je provedeno dotazníkového šetření, které zkoumá konkrétní stresory a jejich dopad na pedagogy. Respondenti z různých typů škol poskytují data, která naznačují, že administrativní povinnosti, podpora žáků se speciálními potřebami a vysoké pracovní tempo patří mezi největší stresory. Dalším cílem práce je identifikovat stresory mezi začínajícími učiteli. Výsledky prezentují potřebu lepší podpory ze strany vedení školy a vypracování strategií pro snížení administrativní zátěže, právě pro začínající pedagogy, což by mohlo přispět k lepší psychické pohodě učitelů a zvýšení kvality vzdělávání.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on stress among teachers working in first cycle primary schools and examines how different stress factors affect them. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an overview of stress, its types, causes and consequences, focusing on internal and external stress factors. Furthermore, the historical development of the teaching profession and the current profile of primary school teachers are analysed. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey is conducted to investigate specific stressors and their impact on teachers. Respondents from different types of schools provide data that suggest that administrative duties, supporting students with special needs, and high work pace are among the greatest stressors. Another goal of the paper is to identify stressors among beginning teachers. The results present the need for better support from school leadership and the development of strategies to reduce administrative burdens, specifically for beginning teachers, which could contribute to improved teacher psychological well-being and increased quality of education.
